Banner donated to San Marcos High

San Marcos High School is offering more distance learning videos than ever before, according to campus technologist Nancy Smith. Part of the requirements in participating in the conferences is to have a large school banner displayed in the background identifying the site during the conferences, but the high school did not have the appropriate type of banner. John Diaz of Sign-Arts learned of the need and recently donated a distinguished banner to the school. Smith said that the banner will be used at other school events, such as the recent graduation ceremony at Strahan Coliseum. “We are so thankful for the beautiful banner and for Mr. Diaz’s gracious donation,” Smith said.

Shown in the photograph are Nancy Smith, Josie Lucio, John Diaz, and his daughter Cindy Diaz.
