Celebrating the fourth

Summerfest coordinators invite the public to celebrate Independence Day on Friday, July 4 from 4 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. at San Marcos Plaza Park on the San Marcos River. The free event features live music, children’s parade and patriotic costume contest, food, kids’ activities, a patriotic program and a spectacular fireworks show.
