Newstreamz on iTunes

Striving to be better each day is one of our major driving forces at Newstreamz.  As you have noticed, we are putting more and more audio content into our stories.  Whether it is interviews with each of the school board candidates, chats with City Council members, or hearing from the citizens and business leaders in San Marcos - we want to make sure that you can not only read about the area, but hear it first hand from your neighbors.   In just a few months time, we have already included more than 75 audio segments embedded into our news stories.

Now, you can make sure not to miss any of the audio even if an article’s title didn’t catch your eye.  Every single audio post is now available on iTunes.  To subscribe to the feed, open up iTunes and simply click on http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewPodcast?id=284669472 and then hit the Subscribe button.  Then, each time we post a new piece of audio within a story, it will automatically be downloaded to your iTunes player.  From there, you can copy it to your iPod or other MP3 player or just listen online.

Look for more exciting changes to come as we continue to pursue our goal of being the number one source of news in San Marcos and the surrounding areas.

Wow, I had no idea there were so many audio segments in the stories. This is a great way to catch the ones I missed. Am subscribed now.
